Why get organized?

We all know how important it is as a community to join together and support one another. These local charities need all the support they can get from community members of Detroit and surrounding cities. By getting rid of stuff we don’t need, we can help these local charities to continue their support for their inspiring causes. Those extra shoes, clothes, books, toys and other household items can make a huge difference in the lives of those in need. It’s a great time to do a little home organizing and put those unwanted items to good use.

These inspiring local charities are more than happy to pick up your donations in cities surrounding Detroit as well such as Clinton Township, Dearborn, Harper Woods, Hazel Park, Ferndale and many others. They offer a free donation pickup service that will pick up your items from your doorstep at your convenience.

In order to make Michigan a more beautiful place, we urge you to donate your unwanted items rather than throwing them away. The more items that we can keep out of the landfills will lead to a healthier natural environment. Your unwanted stuff can actually be reused and donating these items helps conserve our gorgeous lakes, forests, rivers and all the wildlife who call Michigan home.

Start by doing a little organizing around your home. Many of those items that just lay around can be put to good use elsewhere and provide support for local Michigan Charities. If you need a little help getting organized, check out these local professional organizers who are happy to help. Our members use their organizing experience and knowledge to help you get your life back in order.
